This is the media passport I made using Illustrator and InDesign. The tools I used mostly for this passport photo are the text tool, and the shape tool. I believe the passport cover is suitable as it has a symbol in front; something that a regular passport photo has and text above and under it. I do however, believe that the stars and the background make it look less like a passport photo as the backgrounds are usually wool. I believe I did make the text and symbol look very unique as I made the background slightly fade and bevelled the text as well so that It was a big and bold.

 

The text in the passport background is very easy to read as the text is reasonably big enough to see it clearly and I made the headings bold and italic making that also much clearer to read. The text for my information and the text category is in a similar style; having the headings in bold and italic and the rest in a normal font. I believe the typography is suitable to a passport photo as the text is at the size a passport usually is in and is also very clear.

Overall, I believe the passport went very well as I managed to make it look somewhat like a passport photo. To improve I would’ve changed the background for the passport cover and made it look more suitable for a passport cover.
